The Excavator had to be stripped down. Bucket stick boom counterweight and cylinders had to be all taken off. On the dozer, the ROPS and blade are off. It is 4:15 AM right now, need to drive 1 1/2 hours to get to the remote sight. Were going to try again at first light. Hopefully with the colder air we should get a little more lifting capacity.. This stuff is going into a small community in the Grand Canyon..

I am now screwed, stuck in the bottom. couldn't get out yesterday. Missed my flight out of Vegas, everything booked til' Monday
