1g DSM motor parts

I got a turbo motor in parts from a 92 talon turbo. It blew a timing belt before being pulled. I had bergs check out the head and block and they are useable. Block has a messed up balance shaft bering but otherwise good, head had all valves bent and guides need replacing but otherwise head is good. Make offer for it, its completely dissasembled.
