    That wont help you beat the S.H.O. I used Gm syncromesh.

        GM synchromesh is the way to go. Im getting ready to put it in mine.

            Most auto parts stores...and I think its anywhere between 12 and 18 dollars a quart. I think...

                put the new gear oil in and wow...thats some good shit. turns out my dad had enough gm syncromesh laying around from his mt gmc truck so it was all free haha

                    If you can find the Penzoil Syncromesh, its the same as GM syncromesh, and less than half the price. I think AutoZone carries it.

                      We have it at Autozone...but he lives in fergus.....and penzoil is junk.

                          Brandon, GM doesn't make the stuff. They just put their name on it.

                              When Kyle put the trans in the FC last year he used some syncromesh that he got from Sturdevants in Whap, I forgot what brand it was, but it was supposed to be better then the others.
