well obviously the wheels are way to big for the car. What about civics with anything bigger than 15's.... or dsms with 18 on em.... look just as stupid. Oh and I dont think I would lower a caprice if I had those rims on it, i'de just ride it like it is... i'm sure it handles shitty enough right now...
