Goals for the probe...

So I have decided that I want to try and make this new car a decently quick, reliable car. I have already started buying cheap mods.(VAF adapter, MBC, Eprom) but I plan on getting some different stuff eventually(FMIC, Exhaust, o2 housing, downpipe, fuel pump, bov) anyways, Here is my goal: 200 WHP, 250 ft/lbs tq and 13.99 second pass on slicks for less than 1000 dollars including the price of the car. This is a long term goal(if I even keep the car) but I just want your input. Matt Faul, Please chime in on this one...
