This thing is absolutely hilarious, he followed me all the way from Valley Imports and blew past me on the Fargo bridge. And yes, that is a wing ON TOP OF the stock wing.

Sorry for the bad pic, took it with my cell phone.... Anyone know this guy? He had out of state plates, can't remember where from though.

Well yeah, but Manfred Richthofen piloted an Albatros D. V (bi-plane) before the Fokker tri-plane. And I believe he had a red paint scheme before he moved to the tri-plane.
