do you honestly think that we can "lose" 6 nukes? do you have any idea as to how many times military aircraft will be inspected before it leaves the ground? The whole story was bullshit from the beginning. It was leaked and the little guy took the blame again.

You guys seriously think this is the first time something like this has happened? Somehow it just made it to the media. It would be pretty difficult for these just to mysteriously end up on that plane and show up down there.. They were to transport the ACM's to LA. without the warhead. The AGM-86 were designed to be deployed off the B-52. You wouldn't believe the security control on these things..

The wording there is key. "I'm not aware of". Of course not. Everything past a certain level of importance is on a need-to-know basis, and if you don't need to know, then you don't know, precisely so you can have plausible deniability when reporters go asking about things.

I can't find a source now, but a US plane carrying US nukes actually crashed in israel back in the 70s, iirc.

I think we should turn Iran and Iraq into volvanic glass. They'ed do it to us if they could. We could call it "pre-emptive".

They don't have allies with enough balls to nuke it out with us. I don't give a shit if they're not all bad. I'm all for the US going roman. Expand or fall!!

I think it's safe to say that the moment nukes are deployed we are all screwed. If you EVER see an ICBM being launched you better go fuck your significant other because you'll be dead within the hour...Russia would assume the worst and launch a full out counterattack which in turn would cause the US to counter-counterattack. You don't ever want to see nukes being used.

There is a reason the military is focusing more on non-nuclear weapons development today. Our military has grown TOO strong for the day and age we live in. No longer do wars consist of a specified front line where you can point and say "the enemy is here and we are there" Wars nowadays are fought in small pockets all over which makes the deployment of nuclear weapons impossible unless you want to kill thousands of your own troops. You don't use a shotgun loaded with 7shot to kill a bad guy with a hostage.
