no warrenty no software, took to alltel and they had to call customer support and they wanted me to reset my whole phone and erase everything without saving my stuff

try re-programming it, back your shit up w/ active sync and then do a full reset.

the problem is you bought the phone from a alltel dealer and not a alltel retail store.

Dealers selll refurbs, thats why you get a better deal.

I dont know about this? I work for a verizon authorized agent and we have never sold a refurbed phone they are brand new out of the box.... Could just be alltel though..

no its verizon too....i know a person that works at a verizon authorized agent....and he used to work at the main verizon store....they're all refurbs at authorized agents.

Thats the reason why everytime you sell a cell phone..and a person comes in with a problem you send them to the main verizon store for warranty....and then they send them back to you because they dont offer warranty on refubished phones. Thats also why the authorized agents offer better deals.

and if you got it at the main one then i guess you should've just bought insurance.

Well I do know for a fact that my store does not and will not sell a refurbished phone... Maybe the authorized agents in Fargo are a little different. I have never sent a customer to the retail store to get a warranty replacement, we always take care of that right in the store.. Who knows some agents are different then others. As far as the deals go we actually charge $30 more then the retail store does.

well got back from alltel took an hour on the fone wit an alltel tech, still couldnt fix it so im gettin a new one
