Yeah, like Bryce said, it's in downtown fargo...near the Old Broadway. My girlfriends dad owns the place, so I get pretty good rent!

How many square feet... are they rental properties, or does he sell them. What does something like yours normally rent for (without GF's dad owns it discount), and how about the upper floor?

Our place is a little below 4k square feet. There are 3 places upstairs....2 of them about 2k square feet (single bedrooms), and another one a little less than ours (2 bedroom). He sold the upstairs rooms, I pay very cheap rent, but I would assume the non-aquantance rent would go for about $350 a month er so.

Nope, like I said, all the upstairs studio apartments are sold...and the downstairs is just me and my buddies.
