2008 Bullitt

I guess they finally released the Bullitt.

It looks like the Bullitt package adds:

• Strut tower brace

• Ford Racing cold air intake

• Suspension package

• X-pipe

• Mufflers

• Dual-strategy engine management

• Heavier crank damper, raising the redline to 6500rpm

• 3.73:1 rear end

• Stripped of emblems

• Highland Green or Black

• Aluminum interior trim

• Seats (similar to GT500)

The new Bullitt looks pretty good IMO. HIDs and interior LED ambient lighting are new for 2008 as well. The dual-strategy engine management is new for the 'stangs, allowing premium or regular with a knock sensor.

It did look as if headers would be a bitch to do on the 4.6's or starter

though a friend told me it took him 13hrs to do headers on his LT1 comaro, so maybe both are as bad

The only way to do headers on a 4.6 is to drop the K-member or lift the engine.

It's got the same gay black plastic fake mesh with only half the openings open as my lower facia and foglights

other than that, it has many more improvements while the old bullitt only had several, I'm still waiting find one and see how bad I get spanked
