I've always gone on black friday, but mostly for the computer geek stuff... they have a 320gb HD at best buy (SATA) for like $60... 100 pack of DVD+r's for $6
There are also really good deal deals on Plasma and LCD TV's there...
Bunch of TV series on DVD for $15 (and all HBO series for 50% off)...

Menards sucks on Black Friday, Joel i close as well on Friday and trust me its gonna suck.....opening shift is way better, you dont do anything but tell people where shit is literally and closing shift we will be stuck cleaning up the mess until the entire store is cleaned up......ive heard theyve been there as late as 1am before...Ive never had to close black friday yet....

Best buy is a fucking joke. Im not standing there for 8 hours again just to find out that the lifeless pimple faced headgear wearing twirps that skipped thanksgiving with thier family to set up a fucking tent in front of best buy complete with generator (cant stop playing video games for more than an hour you know) are allowed to grab up all the tickets for everything (sometimes a few grand worth of tickets) and then walk up and down selling the tickets for anywhere from $50-$xxx (negating any 'sale' price) only to sell the merchandise that they do buy on ebay. the first 20 or so people in the line take ALL the tickets, regardless of if they plan on buying the product or not. I guess best buy could take a stand and say no scalping the tickets but that would require effort on thier part. Fuck that, black friday has been ruined by these people for me two years in a row. Anyone who defends this bullshit faggotry probably owns a PS3. Just saying.

I got my HDtv a couple years ago, the 32" widescreen crt. It's very heavy but the picture kicks the crap out of most LCD and plasma i've seen, plus it does 1080p (not mentioned in the specs) so bonus. I looked at the really cheap laptop and I realized what i was looking at was a VERY CHEAP laptop. should work for basic functionality tho.

I'm gonna be sleeping peacefully in my warm bed, beacause like most people said, the shit u buy is either barely even on sale or that's it's cheap because it's pretty much junk... Idk if i'd trust the quality of cheap electronics much, i've had my fair share and all have turned out as junk. Best one is the cheap on sale BF dvd player that freezes up since just after I bought it...

mmm. havent bought yet. Trying to convince parents, They dont think its worth the money to spend a bit extra for the kit. cause we have lenses from my step dads camera has a old 35mm SLR, camera is probably 15years old, as are the lens which IIRC are
looking at a canon rebel XTi, 18-55 and 75-300 lenses, case, card, 2 tripods, lens filters, .5 wide angle lens, and some other crap that comes with it for right at $800(deal is off ebay/digital shopping network) VS. spending around $640ish for just the camera.

I cringed every time I thought about buying one of those 'ebay' kits...
I wish I remembered where a buddy ordered from, but he ended up getting a bunch of 'crap' and fought to get what he was supposed to.
So... I've got such a damn headache from bouncing between sites waiting for big deals...
Watching amazon, circuit city, buy.com, sears....Thinking about finally picking up a cheap P&S camera... Sick of only having the 30D to shoot with...
