The neon?, it depends on what color, I had a cop tell me that blue is ok....then again it was a highway patrol guy. They are ok as long as they aren't red or green and the bulbs cannot be seen....then he told me it depends on the mood of the cop and where you are, moorhead police will pull you over for it.

You got proof that blue is illegal? When I had my camaro, i bet i was pulled over 10+ times with my BLUE underglow on and not 1 single cop said anything about it.
i personally only thought like red was illegal here in ND, but then again I could be wrong. just saying that for all the times i've been pulled over with my neon's on, i've never once been told i need to fix them because they were illegal.
MN = i believe they are all illegal.
