I got it, It was a light blue ford escort with some front drivers side damage. looked like this except blue.....

It did have a custom plate yeah, but I think the biggest thing that would make it stand out is the grey TM sign in the window (License plate was in the window)

dude are you serious its an escort with a TM sticker on it and maybe some underslow!!!! i dont even put that sticker on my beater car i got more respect for them.

asking "who was that" means you need a description of the vehicle so you can ask who it was, I guess that part was kind of there.. dunno.. having a reason to ask might be cool too.
