Kirk look @ the big picture, it's not about you, it's about EVERYONE and their bullshit. Nobody is holding a gun to anyones head but idk if you've noticed or not but a lot of members have left and i've seen a lot of members sign up for the board that i recognize who are actually hard into the scene, they make a few posts and never come back, and i wonder why. Nobody wants to deal w/ the HS/Junior High drama and pissing matchs that everything turns into. I tried to keep up w/ the posts and weed out the BS and lock threads that were way off track, but its gotten so out of control i cant even keep up.

honestly though whats the difference between fargostreet threads and the actual streets. you hang out with teh crowd on the street and you have the couple a guys who talk cars, you have the guys who brag about what they have and what they want to have, and you have the guys who just fuck around all the time. really this forum is no different then if we all hung out down in the parking lot.
i haven't been here long myself, but i have been on other sites for years. yes they are better at staying on topic and yes they don't get into quite as many pissing matches. those sites are larger based though, this is local based. there are probably only 5 people on here who want to or have the cash to throw around at there car at anyone point in time. so when they have questions they will come and ask, but what are we suppose to do until someone has a tech question? just sit here and watch nobody post. the site isn't big enough for it to be a pure tech forum. so let people piss around, but i do agree you should stay out of the threads that have actual meaning such as the tech threads and whore other threads like this one that don't have any car value.

i would have to agree with lank on this one. i've noticed that when some people do have tech questions and they do ask there is some peole that tell them that they shouldn't waste there money or time, instead of telling them they shouldn't do it just tell them the info they want and let them learn the hard way if it isn't good for them.alot of the people that fight with each other is some times funny to watch, but it does get out of hand and that's why jim created the run your mouth section and people should use it if they feel like talking shit. -
