having a thread deleted is kinda like wearing an "inappropriate" shirt inside out...More people will notice and ask about why your shirt was turned inside out when instead people would just look past and not notice the shirt, or not care what it said...
fuck if i had people close every thread about me then i know i'd get more shit than i already do...which really isn't that much anymore except joel making fun of my car in RYM a couple months ago.
I don't really have anything against Joel...but for God's sake man, if you can dish it out like you do, you should be able to take it too. You get yourself involved in other peoples situations that you have no right to...then when you get it done to yourself you bitch about it...
I support what Brian did in this instance because that's his job...What I disaprrove of is Joel bitching about it. If Joel hadn't ever done anything to anybody and didn't dish shit out the way he does like a lot of the time, then I'd be on his side too. But, in the instance we are in, it just seems hypocritical on his part to bitch when he dishes it out the way he does...

Yeah, nicely put Torbs. Brian doesn't deserve all the smack talk being sent his way. As some may have noticed, Brian deleted posts about Bubba's family at his request and I'm pretty sure Brian isn't friends with Bubba.

I'd tend to agree Joel dishes out some inappropriate shit and that alot of shit he catches is a result of it...
But as I've said before, if people really have a problem with a thread, they can PM, text me, IM me, call or whatever; if they have thier butt hurt enough, we'll remove it with few exceptions.
I don't hold it against anybody bitching about him, cuase I know he does his fair share of it... just if one of us makes a judgement call to remove something, just live with it, its not the end of the world... FS is nowhere near as strict as nearly all the forums I visit on a regular basis...
