'96 Cougar V8, pretty much all stock but like to rod on it now and then. Dream mod is the all Aluminum '01 Explorer V8 swap for 300HP on pump gas and 300+ with a good tune on premiuim. A blower brings it up to 400+ That's the cheapest and easiest route for these particular cars as far as I know, mostly plug-and-play aside from moving the oil dipstick and oil cooler/filter lines. Usually spend my time on Cougarnuts and ModularDepot forums (since some of the posters/mods are old members of the MN12 Cougar and SN95 Mustang design team... convenient)

hmmm another V8 cougar. Swap in the DOHC 4.6 from a cobra, huge power for not a lot of money.
