are you saying that if you want a 4x4 dodge you have to get the 4.7? because there must be something odd about my dads 08 5.7 4x4... must be special :).. i must let him know asap:stirpot::stirpot::stirpot::stirpot::stirpot:
When I try and build them online, that appears to be the case....the only exception is the Laramie package (just dbl checked) but then I'm looking at about $10k more than what I paid...and then ACCORDING TO DODGES WEBSITE, they still only pull 8,400 lbs

Towing capacity aside. I would own the Toyota way before the Dodge,Ford, or the Gm. I guarantee that you wont see near the problems with the Toyota vs. the big 3. I never see a Toyota of any type in the shop for repairs but the rest...????That's because nobody buys them!
Oh! I guess Chuck did, so now you'll get to see him more often! Bonus.

Towing capacity is usually limited/rated by the trucks brakes. I could prob tow a 30k load with dodgezilla but it would take me about 17 miles to come to a stop from 60 mph. Of course, if you have trailer brakes, then that doesn't matter. My truck actually stops faster pulling my empty trailer than it does stopping by itself. Trailer brakes FTW.

Not only is that Toyota ugly, I have seen one in action and was unimpressed. I have yet to drive one but I have driven a few of the new F150's and the build quality of the interior is top notch. Reliability i don't know and I'm too lazy to check, but driving that truck is like driving a cadillac. Its freaking quiet in there, and the ride is pretty good, for a truck. Honda missed the mark with the Ridgeline, but found a niche market, the Raider will die a quick death as i have yet to see one on the road, the Titan is a great truck no complaints save for the looks those trucks are fugly. So for that matter are the new Chevy's Dodge's, and Ford's. The Ford is by far the best looking one and its still kinda ugly. Chevrolet's new trucks are ugly, but the Tahoes, Suburbans, and Avalanches look OK I'm not sure why. Same thing with the Pathfinder Armada, must be the way the lines flow or something. Aside from being ugly the Toyota nearly shook itself to pieces during a torture test I saw, I can't remember where tho.

That is car and driver Chuck. They are dumb fuckers when it comes to reviewing trucks. If it is American they don't like it.also Truck of the Year at Motortrend, Truck Trend, and a few other minor publications as well.

I am sure toyota has a good product,............ goes with the name doesn't it??
The one thing i know is that Ford's advertising is such a fucking joke it makes me laugh..........
Ford had a disaster with the 6.0 PSD and are headed for it again with the 6.4
