Yep Tintmasters FTW on tinting headlights/taillights (I will actually be going there soon for this : )
But ya talk to them they do an awesome job at it -
its in a spray can. it turns out well if you know what your doing. if you bring it to a body shop all they do is put a bit of black into the clear coat to make it transparent and would charge you a stupid amount.

I just bought a can of nightshades, I sell em for about $10, and did it myself. As long as you can use a rattle can its pretty easy, just do light coats as it runs pretty easy and make sure you do your prep work.
