Since we are running alcohol this year, we decided to run 2 sets of injectors (12 total) so we ended up removing that cool looking nitrous setup from the underside of Matt's intake and then mocked up the secondary injectors where the nitrous was. We moved the nitrous to the top side of the intake, and then started plumbing the 6 extra lines for the 2nd set of injectors. Need to get some more fittings before we can finish that. So we'll now have a set of 1600cc injectors and a set of 330cc injectors. That ought to move some fuel. 🙂

The extra injectors are going to point towards the plenum? :icon_scratch:

I knew I should have taken some pics, but the injector bungs aren't tacked on yet. No, the injectors point toward the head. The lines that feed the injectors just come off of the fuel rail, over the top of the intake, and then to the back side of the injector.

Are you going to stage these injectors? or fire all 12 at the same time?

atleast 1600's are dirt cheap 🙂

Yep, they will be fired together. Basically like one big 1930cc injector.

haha jeez....... so what will the duty cycle be at idle?? like 1%?

I realize alcohol requires around twice the amount as of gas but still, lol

You running a second set of injectors plumbed off 1 fuel rail?? What are you using to hold down the secondaries w/ then if no rail?

I thought these were pretty neat, get rid of fuel rails completely, and hard pipe them....

We have one of those bungs on the underside of each runner, then we are feeding each bung/injector with a -4an line that comes off the main rail. It's going to look like a braided line factory exploded when we open the hood.

Seems to be a lot of fuel to try feed out of 1 rail and 1 line.

We have -8an feed lines into each end of the rail and a center return. I think it will be ok.
