mid 90's Silver eclipse

Hey I just say a silver eclipse out on MN 64 heading toward Motley, MN at about 2 pm this afternoon. He had a tintmasters motorsports sticker on the windshield and a decent can on it. Wondering if he was a member, just weird seeing him out in the sticks.
