    I need some help on a Dispatching program that Im creating and I need some help with Excel. I want to included a calender that I could hyperlink the day to a certain worksheet(day of the week). example click on April 4 and it would pull up Friday's worksheet

    Any help would be nice

      i dont think there are any built in funtions in excel that you can link to external files...you would have to write some kind of vb script(there is a basic vb script editor built into excel)

        Yeah I don't know if you can do that or not. It would be a lot more complicated than just setting a few options. Maybe you could do something like that in Access instead.

          Right click the cell, choose "hyperlink", click "place in this document", choose the page you want it to hyperlink to, click ok. Should work after that.

            I can do hyperlinks all day long but I want to be able to click on a date on the calendar that would hyperlink to a day of the week that I have setup as a worksheet...I have researched this and I dont think its possible...I will have to do something else instead

              You want to have one sheet in excel as a calander, and then click on a date and it will go to a different excel worksheet that has info about that day on it?

              Or did i read that wrong? Which version of excel do you have?
