WTB: $1000 DD Car....

my dad is looking for a reliable car he can drive and not have to put much money into down the road. any year, make, and model as long as the body is not to dented or rusted to bad. he will pay a little bit more then 1000 if the car is in decent shape.. let me know what you guys have thanks..

my bro has a 92? buick skylark. He bought it a few years ago to go to work 65 miles one way, put a 70k mile 3100 in it and it runs very good, good maintinence, cold ac and everything works. Also it gets 31mpg, not very attractive but what the hell. Needs new cv shafts in the front in the future, they are like $70 each. Ill ask him but i think he wants like $700 for it. LMK if your interested.

My buddy has a 99 malibu that he has put a good amount of money into. A lot of parts replaced, he is an ASE mastertech, he wants $1,700 firm, great dd car.

Needs the power steering belt put on its in the back seat, bodys a bit rough though typical honda rust rear drivers door has a dent and the hood is faded paint pretty bad.
