I've seen the civic you're talking about, however this prolly was Mike, being that the lisence plate described is pretty close to Mike's plate of "MNSN". At least this is what i believe he has on his plate.

i dont know the guy, so i'm not gunna bash him. as i said before, it's kinda annoying to sit there and listen to an exhaust that sounds like ass. Now thats my opinion, and it may sound good to him and some of you others, so don't take it to heart that I don't like it.
