I see the CL around Fargo fairly regularly, I think he moved here from Minot or at least does a lot of back and forth driving. I also think he was/is a member on the NA forums. The KITT edition mustang, on the other hand, I haven't seen.
As for distintiv tuning, this is the first I've heard of them. They must not have much of an advertising budget if there only advertising on craigslist.
