    I think it is the 2 12mm bolt design...I just found a link talking about that. I'll see if we have any laying around. Thanks wes!

        Any chance you or someone else (hoping SVXAL reads this since I believe he works in the Toyota service dept) knows the dimensions of the bolts that will fit in those holes? I just spent $3 on bolts I thought MIGHT fit but didn't...this is getting really old and gay. I wish it was like the mustang that you could just take the old ones off and put the new ones on...of course things can't be that simple!

          It's a shot in the dark. But, basing off the pictures.... I'd go with an 8mm x 1.25 pitch.

                Are the holes just too rusty to thread the bolts into? The 8x1.25 that Chuck said is very common. Do you have an account on the Club Lexus forum? There's tons of good info on there.

                  If it is like anything i have ever been around the splines/knurling on the wheel studs are engaged in the hub... screw a nut on and hit the studs back and it should damn near fall apart

                  though in the pic it doesn't look like the splines/knurling engage in the hub as the studs don't even look centered in the holes

                    I thought of that too. I shot some penetrating oil in them, making sure none got on the rotor/pad surface, and then threw the wheels back on and will let it sit til I get more info from either Club Lexus or Svx. I'll test out some more tomorrow and see if they go in easier...I just don't want to screw up the threading on the rotor and completely FUBAR it.

                    :icon_scratch::icon_scratch: I'm not following but that doesn't take much for it to happen to me...

                    I did call Corwin Toyota and talked to somebody in service asking if there was anything special you had to do or any tools needed. He said he'd call me back in a few minutes...well...4-5 hours later I still didn't get a call so we will see what tomorrow brings. I'm done caring about it today, as long as it's working by the time snow is falling I'll be good.

                      Actually, if you're putting new rotors on, just get a BFH and beat the hell out of the rotor from the back side, it should come off.

                            Go buy a big bottle of anti-seize and don't be afraid to use it on the new stuff. Clean off any rust and corrosion with a wire brush and then use anti-seize where the rotor contacts the hub.

                                Got the fronts off today...it took 8mm x 1.25 pitch as Wes and I both suspected at first. I got 8mmx1, 7mmx1, and neither worked, tried the 8mmx1.25 again with penetrating oil and it went and BAM, rotor popped off. Thanks for the help guys! Rears are tomorrow.
