I was watching TV when someone knocks on the door, my dad goes to open it. The kid starts giving some sales speech about how they do not want to send out letters, and stuff like that. Starts asking how much we spend on oil changes. My dad was like your wasting my time don't need to hear it and closed the door.

Goodyear has really dropped in product and service quality in the last couple of years. I've seen it all across the board for racing, car and commercial tires, their warranties have not been consistent. Last year when they had the strike with steel workers union really hurt them and now becoming desperate. The individual stores are really getting hit hard because Goodyear, being focused in the midwest, has always had the edge because of good service being around here people don't put up with the problems that can be taken care of by quality service and warranting a product.

I had one come to my place also! We just got home from school supply shopping for the kids, he attacked my wife and i just as we pulled into the driveway.
