Since i wont be going to school this semeter i figured id get a 2nd job and make some extra cash...before i go hunting does anyone have any ideas or know where help is needed??

That is what my job is now. It's easy but the pay is just awful. It is because there is no unions in either grocery or retail.

Here's an idea...check w/some local hotels to see if they need any help banquet serving. A few years ago I made $10-$14 an hour, part time, working with lotsa pretty young women. Easy as hell and very good pay.

I suppose you really couldn't get something like a factory job could you? It is shitty work but the pay is excellent w/benefits.

well #1 im a pretty fast learner.....most of the stuff i do at work is, like i said before, backroom stuff (unloading trucks, moving pallets, stuff in that nature)...the other thing i do at work from time to time is pushing carts. So id say i have a lot of strength and endurance. Im in retail right now...ive been in grocery, fast food, and a casual restaurant....id like to stay away from the last three... :eek: The basics of cars i have got down...including some of the electronics side (installing cd players, soldering, etc.) Probably the only other thing i can think of right now is that i have a great ability to take stuff apart and then put them back togather just as easily as they came apart.

the one hour photo lab at target is hiring... 2 of us including me and leaving so they need help. I'm making 7/hr well I jsut got a raise so 7.1/hr. It's not bad u get used to the work... and they work around hours.

marvin windows pays well but the hours are bad(long shifts) otherwise hit up the man power thingy. It sounds like a shit deal but at least you wont get sick of doing the same thing over and over again. A few classmates of mine have done it for a while now and they seem to like it.
