Feeler.....351w short or long block

yeah.....i think its time to start the build,but im keeping it Fuel Injected. So many choices and decisions out there. I need to find the right block first. Its going to take so time to get it done though.

i have a 351, but im not sure how to tell if its a winsdor or what. its in a 86 3/4 ton pickup...im not a ford guy so im not up on my ford knowledge

That would be a windsor if it came out of that pickup.

Casting number for a "roller" block is a F4TE. Its down by the starter. 94-96 F-150's and E-series vans had this engine.

No go! Casting number is a E9AE which means that block is a 89 block. Thanks guys. Still looking.
