If Obama wins the election

I think an interesting point is that the "250k" number has been getting lower and lower since it was last publicly mentioned. Now it's more like 120k, according to Bill Richardson: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G88ebXY2uaII think (didn't google this...just going off the top of my head here) that he was saying that in comparison to McCains tax plan (which doesn't do anything for tax relief under $120k IIRC) obama's plan is superior. I could be wrong, but a 12 second sound bite doesn't give enough resolution. If I'm wrong, I'll accept it as such, but his publicly stated (and as listed on his website) plan is $250,000 and under families (and under $200,000 singles) states that there will not be a tax increase on those people....
Another alternative to that soundcut that I have not researched is that there is possibly that window for single people making under $200k and more than $120k that would not see their taxes go either up or down.
Again, I'm throwing things out off the top of my head....and not googling anything on it.
This is why it is important to understand Obama's goals and his history of dishonesty. It almost doesn't matter what he says "today" to a certain group at a certain time. He's just as likely to contradict it next time he talks, and when you look as hit ideology and worldview, it's clear where he's going.
If he thinks 250k is what will get Americans voting for him, that's what he'll say.
You just described every politician in Washington for the most part.
The Obama campaign is Grossly violating federal election laws. Some estimates suggest that over 60 MILLION contributed to the Obama campaign is fraudulent. Essentially, his website did no validation of address or name info when accepting credit card donations. Millions of dollars have come from overseas sources (which is illegal). Two guys i know each donated $5 using fake names, fake addresses, etc. Note that the payment gateway vendor that processes the CC transactions has to be complicit in this -- the Obama campaign is running with all the basic fraud prevention stuff shut off. Infact, one woman's cards were used to donate over 187,000 USD to the Obama campaign fraudulently. She had no idea that it had happened because the CC company never sent her a bill/notice of the obviously fraudulent activity.
Then why is no one arresting him? If everything above is true, why has the FBI not raided his offices and seized his funds? Also, please site a source. I'm not saying i don't believe you, I just like to check the facts.
Nobody cares. He'll break any law to win at any cost. It's digsuting. He shows contempt for the constitution, for the american work ethic, and for individual liberties as a concept.
Ahh... come on, tell me how you REALLY feel.
I did a bit of research, you are right...someone is using credit cards illegally and sending the money to the obama campaign. Are there some people who are hired as telemarketers, etc.. that might do something like this? I'd love to say no, but I've personally caught people doing just that (though not for political campaigning) when I used to be a supervisor at a telemarketing firm years ago.

You are right Chuck!! And his was a mother "typical white person" <<<--- Obama Quotei still don't think that he shares my values or beliefs, and would do a good job of representing ME.
That is valid....but your reasoning of: because he grew up in a Black family and was raised by black people... to come to your conclusion is a bit off the mark I'd say.
IOW, it makes you seem uneducated.

Uhh...he was raised by a white family there heath. Raised by his white grandmother and white mother. But you are right...he is 1/2 black.
10% black more like it...
A funny situation my friend brought up...if the electoral college arrives at a dead tie for Obama/McCain, the house will vote the president. That will go to Obama. The senate will vote the vice president, that will go to a tie more than likely and Cheney will cast the deciding vote, making it an Obama/Palin ticket. Now THAT would be funny

Upon further research I find that would be wrong...it's the newley elected members that would vote so Cheney would NOT be casting the vote and we'd have president Pelosi...yuck
Some hick would off Obama within a year just so Palin became president.
Sidenote: Why is it that the press is constantly making it sound like Palin is in line to become president? She'd be the damn VP yet every single station seems to say "If she is to get elected president" or something along those lines...retarded.

That doesn't really make him uneducated.. I see the point he is trying to make. He feels that he would rather have someone run the country that more relates to him than someone that doesn't relate to him as much. Obviously in this instance, race isn't a factor but he is stereotyping. Obama grew up in a suburb community which most of us on here haven't grown up in a suburb community. Different values are set in place. We live our lives differently than those of a people who live in a suburb. Compare & contrast as much you would like, but one thing is for sure, they are not the same. (An example: Which place would you feel safer leaving your house or car unlocked.) Basically we live our lives differently...

Actually, he grew up in Hawaii, less the 4 years (6 to 10) where he lived with his mother in Indonesia. He attended Punahou School http://www.punahou.edu/page.cfm?p=11

And if you are gonna keep pulling that "McCain is just Bush", uninformed bullshit, shut off MSNBC and GTFO.Ok...you bring up a good point Heath. Please point me towards the policies that he differs from Bush on.
At least when I make absurd statements, I can find a 1/2 way decent source to back me.

I will post a few other differences as well:
McCain choose a woman running mate./ Bush choose a man
McCain served his country the best he could / Bush was basically a draft dodger.
McCain is older / Bush is younger
McCain lived in Arizona / Bush lived in Texas.
McCain is shorter / Bush is taller
I will give McCain credit on one thing – In the 8 years Bush was president! McCain did stand his ground and said no to old George 5% of the time.
Then again that meant he was a “YES MAN” 95% of the time.
Maybe being the ass kisser he is. He will also be a good “YES MAN” to president Obama.

I like how I can relate to McCain Palin though
McCain -- Married to a good-looking woman who owns her own beer factory and even Drifts! Man, he was a lucky man.. not to mention Meghan McCain is pretty f'n hot..
Palin -- avid hunter and another good-looker. I'm a hunter myself and I would hate to see any of my hunting rights infringed.

Palin=Idiot. Is that how she relates to you. LOL.So your saying that black people dont relate to you? Come on nigga. WTF
Not how I was brought up, no.. Do I like what a lot of them have to offer? Yes (Rap music, styles, sports, etc.) But I don't think even Obama relates to that as much.

Hilarious! Love it!

or
McCain -- Cheated on his first wife, involved in Keating 5 scandal of the 80's.
Palin -- Abused her powers as governor, redistributes the wealth of the oil revenue within her own state.

Or Obama.... -- Used drugs during his youth...
All being said, no body is perfect.. I just view what stands out with people on how they relate to me, I don't go in-depth & research how they relate.

You just informed me of more information I wasn't really aware of on how I don't relate to him. -- I believe the ways of how people are raised effects the decisions they make. If a normal citizen was raised by like let's say the Taliban and came over here, and was qualified with knowledge of running state & govt., and had great ideas that you agreed with.. Would you still vote for him?? You'd worry about some of the ideas/lifestyles he grew up with would effect his decisions and how they don't relate with your own.
I should be a democrat? I'm not Red nor Blue... -- I'm in the middle (Purple)
I don't even really plan to vote.. Since the poll % favor Obama heavily in Minnesota. They both have good ideas/plans. I like how McCain/Palin want more domestic oil.. I think that will be huge for us if we can be more dependent on our own resources versus foreign oil. I think the prices of gas during the summer choked us all out of our extra spending $, and even put some of us in serious debt and tightened up spending. Which led to deliquent accounts, high balance credit cards, and foreclosures. (I am not saying high gas prices has had a direct & major impact on the following issues, but, you can not argue against they had no impact at all..)They both plan to push for alternatives energy -- but neither will have an immediate impact.
Democrats push for another stimilus check (not the republicans) the Republicans did it first.. I think a stimulus check would be better than tax cuts.. I would probably save that $25/30 or so as a cushion so if I hit a hard week I can make it through (and I am sure so will a lot of others) Want to get a burst of spending? Do a stimulus check.. Jump-start the economy, not teaspoon feed it..
And your so Pro-Obama, LOL, I may just go vote McCain just to despite you :icon_geek:

One of the reasons that im not going to vote for Obama is because yea, he's black. Because he is black, and was raised in a black family, i don't believe that he understands MY values, and my views, and where I am coming from. I do not think that he will do a good job of representing ME in the government, and in the world.OMG, you are a fuckin IDIOT.
I don't particularly care for either candidate, but to say shit like that shows that you are a inbred piece of shit. Try living where i do, inner city full of white kids that cause all the problems. It has nothing to do with the color of there skin, it is where they are raised. That is why all the crime where I am at is from young white kids.
