Dark Template is back

is the dark template broken again? i mean, its still here, but the old separate button to mark posts as read is missing and the drop-lists under "forum tools" is not working for me [IE8]
if i switch to one of the other styles, the drop lists start working.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification).
