Recommend a Machine Shop to me
-
I'm going through the head on a 4.0 I6 Jeep.
I need to have the head hot tanked, magnqfluxed, and checked for warp.
How much should this cost? Who do you recommend?
Thanks for taking the time to read my newbe question.

Quality Engine is by far one the most professional around by far IMO.

They start dirt track motors around the 1st of the year. So, its dirt track motor season for the next couple months.

Quality is the best place around to get any machine work done hands down! I've never had any problem getting my stuff in. Must be a good thing to be good friends with Wayne.I was getting at what faber said, really good work, but now is a busy time for them

yeah i have had them completly rebuild a head and check a block in 2 days, in the off season.
around this timelast year, i had them resize rod ends and fit new pistons, and it took 2 weeks. so if that shows how long it "can" take.
but they have never done anything to make me not want to go back.
