Haven't read the entire thread so if this has been covered, sorry.
#1) Your fine will probably be $150, plus another $40 to pay for Comm Service and another $50 to pay for the class they will make you go to...so the total fine will be about $240.
You will get 16 hours of community service, minimum.
You will get 3 days deferred jail, meaning if you screw up again they can (but probably wont) put you in jail for 3 days to try teach you a lesson.#2) The cops LOVE it when you "make them come to court" because they get paid their regular wages + a little extra when they have to go to court. So you aren't sticking it to them when you fight anything.

BP, don't bother fighting anything, you'll just get rammed in the ass worse in the long run. Take ur fine's and suck it up. Easy enough. Also, I'm sure you can request another breathalizer, but would only make sense that it is withing a certain amount of time. Otherwise, I highly doubt it.

its always 30 deys deffered. And usually 20 hours cs. If this is your first and it was in nd it will prolly be a little cs and that 220 fine. Maybe an alcohol eval.
Just dont get a second one.. Lol they dont hesitate to put you in jail for a few days haha.

Must have changed in the last 2 years? I dunno...
I had a "bad stretch" where I got a loud party which cost $350 (after talking it down from $500) and then 2 months later got my minor which was $170 plus the additional $90 for alcohol class/CS. It was 16 hours of CS and I thought it was 3 days deferred jail but could have been 30? I don't even remember anymore.

I think it depends on the judges mood, the people who went before you, and your record.

no thats not what i mean, no matter what you have 30 days but 9 times out of 10 they stay all 30 of them as long as you dont have another offense in 1 yeat (your unsupervised probation) . Get another and they can give you anywhere between 0-30 from your first one and 30-60 for your second. But unless you piss them off their still pretty good about letting the jail time slide... i got a minor in grand forks at a concert for holding a beer while my g/f took her coat off and put it on the chair... they didn't see me take a drink out of it at all but i had been drinkin at the hotel before, took the test, failed, got booted... went up to court got fine left... your an idiot if you think you can sit and fight it because you wanted another one...

I dont think hes asked any questions that have been to stupid. I mean he just wanted to know his options. He never said he was trying to get out of it hes wanted to know about retesting loop holes so he could say he blew lower and the judge would be leinient with him.
And to be honest they dont care what you blow lol. I know people with minors from blowin .01 . And you can blow obnoxiously high and at worst they might give you an alcohol eval like i said...
