Not sure if it is true or not but I'd heard the reason he's so harsh on alcohol related offenses is because his daughter or someone close to him was killed by a drunk driver...
Could be a rumor, could be true, either way he doesn't take alcohol related offenses lightly.

while i was in court for my second minor he talked about that rumor and he said that he doesnt know how it got started or who started it but its not true. And that he has never had a freind or family member killed by a drunk driver but hes seen enough of it to where it bothers him. He just does not tolerate underage drinking. He just loves to throw the book at youngin's lol

west fargo cops are hit miss. some will screw you every which way possible, and others will let it slide under certain circumstances.

Probably better than getting Davies though...
I lucked out with my minor. For my loud party I had Davies and him and I bs'd a bit and I got him to lower my fine.
For my minor I got a younger black haired guy who pretty much said this is the punishment, no questions asked.
I'd rather get a minor than a loud party again just because they rape your wallet with a loud party wheras a Minor just gets you some community service and a stupid class. Unless you go to NDSU...then you're fucked and you get to waste 7 hours on a Saturday learning about how drinking underage and drinking more than 2 drinks a day over the age of 21 will get your mom cancer, your sister AIDS, and your legs will have to be amputated.

damn... cancer... AIDS.. and no legs!!!!
that's some pretty serious shit right there, I will no longer drink more than 2 drinks per day!

NDSU is fucking gay about it. Get caught anywhere else or do anything anywhere else and they will fuck you...but to keep their stats good if you get caught at the dorms they will make you write papers on it. So basically, NDSU dorms is by far the best place you can safely drink at. Hands down.

Next time u guys see the shamwow commercial, pay attention to when he is doing his carpet/cola demonstration. He has a carpet sample on his table and dumps pop on it, then lifts the carpet up to show it saturated thru, and there is pop leaked out all around the perimeter of the carpet too. He then states "were gonna do this in real-time". In the next shot, there is absolutely NO pop leaked around the perimeter of the carpet, so it definitely wasnt in real-time. And I am also convinced that the shammy was already saturated with cola when he layed it on top of the carpet, because all he did was lay it on top (putting no force on it) and when he lifted it up and rung (wrung? ringed? idk) it out, it was loaded with pop. I have used may shammys, including the german versions, and they hardly worked worth a shit.
Also, about 3/4 way thru the commercial, after the quick break from customer testimonials, he is talking about how sham wows are better than paper towels (as he says "Ya thowin ya money away" thowin is not a typo) he lifts a blue shammy in front of his face and says "This lasts 10 years" but if you listen closely, you can tell that he originally didnt say "10 years" because a different voice (or his voice from a different time) has been spliced in place.
That is all.

Through, Definitely, German

Tho (though) I think it should be "through, definately, German". The "through" shouldn't be capitalized in your usage because you didn't end your phrase in a period (so it clearly wasn't an attempt at a sentence).
I fixed it for you (and others!) tho (though). Well, I partially fixed it. I left "thru" because thats just the way I are (am). I most definitely did fix my "definately", while I did not fix the non-capitalized "german", as my grandfather was in WWII.

Fwiw, I just skimmed thru (through) my original post, and I found more errors than the lowly three that you pointed out. You disappoint me. How am I supposed to learn?
