It supposedly 1/3 the length of Niko's missions so a solid 10 hours more as well as new weapons, vehicles, radio, and they fixed some of the problems like the bikes handle much better now especially at high speed. So I think its worth it.

Its an add on for GTA IV so yes you have to have the game disc in, it just asks you at the startup if you want to play the expansion or regular GTA IV. I'm diggin it so far the bikes look amazing the custom choppers that Johnny and Billy ride are sick.
