That car is sick! I saw it at the hub last night and just about jizzed in my pants.

I powdercoat. If it can fit in my oven, I can do it cheap.

Maybe modeled after, but it looks nothing like the SLR the lines aren't near aggressive enough. I agree with him it looks like a chick car. Those wheels are bonerrific though.

If I were a recent divorcee with a fat alimony check and I was proud of showing off my 2 year old boobs to make up for my 45 year old face, I'd be rocking the SLK. Probalby with a sun visor on my head.

If I was still married and just cheating with my gardener, I'd demand an E or S class sedan.

Does that clear it up? 🙂

[I apologize for shitting in this thread. someone shat here first. My comments are about Jim and MB, not the work that TM did on the car above]

Ok maybe "nothing alike" was an overstatement but I still say its not nearly as mean looking as the SLR. The headlights, the openings in the valance the line that swoops up from the front tire down the side of the SLK, all different. That and the fact that the SLK is significantly smaller than the SLR, specifically in the aggressive wide stance of the SLR. My comments in no way were aimed at the driving of said car just the outward appearance. TM did wonders to that particular example, I do like it, but would I drive it? No, is it something I would give my mom if I had the means? Yes.

                          ... real life or pictures?

Anyway, looking at one, espcially lowered either coming right at you, or coming up in your rear view, its really hard to tell the difference...
