There is no excuse for beating him the way they did. Yes, he ran from the cops...yes, he clipped one...yes, he endangered many lives BUT...the guy was unconscious. What the fuck were those bloated ego fucks trying to prove? Oh hey! We're tougher than an unconscious guy that just flew from a moving vehicle!
