Does anyone one the real laws of neon lights in ND.....the cops in this county change the laws every damn day....first just red was illegal...now its green too....and im not sure but in MN cant you be parked in a parking lot with lights on thats what i was told in the cities...then last weekend i was in DL and a cop pulled up to me and told me to turn them off or he was gonan rip them out so i told him to but he just drove away.....and he also said it was illegal just to have them equipped in your vehicle...but i think he was just being a dick.

alright, well all laws are gay as hell anyways...but i dont see any gsr's for sale on here now i guess i havent looked to hard i guess i'd just have to take a drive through fargo and i'd probably find one for sale..

I don't know for sure what the law is, if there is one, but I know that you don't get pulled over for it, I never have, and I have never heard of anyone being pulled over for them, nor have I heard of a ticket because of them. They will target you more cause you stand out, but that's about it.

okay...i found the integra for sale but i want a all stock one...so i can do everything myself...i'll just look around fargo sometime...i think they have one at the F.F.Fisher dealership that i might look at.

Yes I am still selling the vehicle.... the only changes I have made to it is suspension, and wheels, and those will be taken off before I sell the car... the car will hit the Fargo Forum tomorrow. Specs:

i know they are illegal for underbody lights....but inside im not sure...and if u are in a parking lot you should be able to have them on all the time but i have no idea...all cops have different perspectives

Ok. I talked to my neighbor (state patrolman). Here is what it is. Illegal - visible neon bulbs, red, yellow, green underglow. You can have whatever you want on in a parking lot. He sells all the lights and strobe equipment for the state so hes giving me a universal hidin strobe kit (flashing headlights, and reverse lights). He said i can use it in parking lots all i want, just not on the street.
So i say have Underglow, just dont let the bulbs be visible without having to look under the car, have interior lights as long as the bulbs arent visible from the outside. Just dont have Red, Yellow, or Green. Also, if you have flashing underglow or multi color, it can not be flashing or changing color while driving.

I had red neon inside my ar forever and never got pulled over. As i understandthe law you could have any color on the interior as long as the source was not visible and any exterior lighting must be in the same "color scheme" as the other lights (i.e. red, amber, and white in the rear and white and amber in the front). But I could be way off, listen to harwood39 he got the skinny from "the man".
