Potential theives busted

yea you live in bumfuckville. Id of just sat there and watched what they were trying to accomplish opening up the door to a car while the owners in teh garage watching.
Hell, fire up the grill and crack a beer and see wtf their intentions were. If they start pulling wires, then its time to beat em

honestly if it were me, i would have waited for them to get inside and then go out and lock them in and then call the police, or have a buddy come over and help you capture the little bastards. but thats just me

The kid pulled on the door handle, figured out it was locked, looked in side really closely, and then started walking away. So he didn't try hard to get in. I would have been out there beating some ass if they would have broke a window or something, to hell with the consequences. The police never catch anyone or do anything about it, I sure as hell will if I catch someone.

As far as I am concerned:
"I was in the bed when the thief broke in, I feared for my life. All I can really recall is him saying he was going to shoot me if I moved. Thats when I unloaded the mag into him. I was scared for my life, he looked like he was on drugs and had something shiny pointing at me."

^yup, and if you shoot him outside, drag him inside, make a mess, and then drag him outside so it looks like you shot his ass inside and he crawled out. i have been told by many cops that if you shoot a theif, you have to shoot him in your house to be in the clear.
