I rarely see really fat people eating grass fed beef, for instance. I do see a lot of fatties eating cheetos, coke, and lunchables.

I think lunchables might be the best indicator of trashiness yet developed, now that I think about it.

Considering most of this areas ethnic background is German and Norwegian that's almost a given. Just think about your Grandmas cooking(bacon fat, heavy cream, real butter, etc), none of this vegan/vegetarian crap, it was meat and potatoes for everybody and lots of it. The funny thing is, a lot of these old timers that ate that way plus smoked and drank every day are still around or didn't pass until there late eighties or nineties. I'm not sure it's just the food itself but the shit that's put into it nowadays.

Humans are omnivores, me myself lean a little more to the carnivore side of things. So I say "Red meat FTMFW!".
