Looking for a trailer to go to MPLS on Saturday or Sunday to pick up a car.

    Will:
    *Rent from rental company
    *Borrow/Rent from someone
*Pay for fuel and food and maybe a little more for someone to make the trip with their trailer.

Anyone know of anyone in town that rents? UHaul doesn't appear to have drive-on trailers out of Fargo (I'll have to call tomorrow to verify).

I have one option in the works but I'm not sure they'll have tires on and the wiring fixed by this weekend. Looking at what else might be available.

some rental places' car trailer will not clear low cars. Visto and Ultimate rent trailers(I think)

        PM me for:
        Sandblasting(I use glass beads)
        Diesel repairs or performance products.

that's one fear - but this isn't horribly low so I'm hoping if it's a dovetail it'll be fine.

Talk to Al at CFN. I usually rent from him and for a flat bed it's around $55/day.

yeah, that would be an issue right now.

Should just break down and buy my own (trailer)...

Travel Lite trailers from Visto's look pretty BA.

Most trailers are alot cheaper in the cities.

South St. Paul, hwy 52 and 494.

it WAS up in Brooklyn Park but my temp storage location was down south.

Faber, if price went up $2k, what are they now... $7k?

Can't you get a decent steel with wood deck trailer for $2500?

Other thing is trying to figure out where to park it. Not sure it'd go over well parking it in the lawn at the apartment.

well, fortunately my uncle was able to get new tires on his and have the wiring fixed. Had to do some work on the fenders before I headed out but it made the 600 mile trip to MPLS and back today without issues. Even quite impressed how well my Tahoe pulled what is probably a fairly heavy trailer plus about a 3600lb car.
