A guy I know who lives just a couple blocks from NDSU got his 1996 Cutlass Ciera stolen a couple days ago...What the hell has this world come to!?

In like 2001, I was bar hopping with some friends in Minneapolis and my buddy's '96 Cutlass Ciera was stolen from behind Tropics. They found it a month later stripped, on blocks and burned to a crisp. Cutlass Ciera's are still a hot item I see.
