PS2 and MP3 player

I'm selling my barely used PS2 (version 1), it comes with 1 factory controller, 32mb Max memory card, Madden 05, Street Racing Syndicate, and Euro Cup 04. Bought it baack in October, played on it about 3 times. Everyone is sitting in it's factory box, just like new.
I also have a 15gig Philips HDD100 mp3 player. The package comes with earbuds(2 setsfactory and sony), remote , carrying case, USB 2.0 cord, instructions, charger, and installation cd. Philips price is around $280.
Please make reasonable offer on these items.

Sorry, not a big fan of subs and amps. Not sure how much i want for it, around $100-$150, something reasonable.
