dish + anitfreeze = problem solved. i doubt anyone is going to actually pay the money to have a biopsy done on a fuckin cat. and if you dont want do that, just trap them, and put them n a cardboard box on their door step with a note, that clearly states that this is the final warning, then proceed to any or all of the suggestions posted on here.

This facility is managed by the City of Fargo, not the Fargo Police Department. * You can visit the Fargo City Animal Pound to pick up a humane trap that you can use to capture the animal. The deposit you pay for the trap will be refunded when you return it. If you capture an animal, please bring the animal to the pound while it is still in the trap. The pound is located in the same building as the Valley Veterinary Hospital at 3210 Main Avenue and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. -

OK Brandon, why don't you take one of your sweet guns and go do some clean up and stop talking about it? Everyone always talks a big talk but never seems to actually DO it.
There is maybe a handful of members that may actually do it but they don't live in the city limits.
