This made me LOL

I started playing Everquest 1 again after a LOOOOONG absence and while researching the changes to the game came across the following:

EverQuest has been the subject of various criticisms. One example involves the sale of in-game objects for real currency (often through eBay). The developers of EQ have always forbidden the practice and in January 2001 asked eBay to stop listing such auctions. For a time, such auctions were immediately removed, which changed market conditions and allowed a number of specialized auction sites to utilize this new virtual economy.
Because items can be traded within the game and also because of illegal online trading on websites, virtual currency to real currency exchange rates have been calculated. The BBC reported that in 2002 work done by Edward Castronova showed that Everquest was the 77th richest country in the world, sandwiched between RussiaBulgaria and its GDP per capita was higher than that of the People's Republic of China and India.[19] and In 2004, a follow-up analysis of the entire online gaming industry indicated that the combined GDP of the online "worlds" populated by the two million players was approximately the same as that of Namibia.[20] -

Haha!!!That reminds me. I think I'm gonna reactivate my Warhammer acct.
Stephen still plays on occasion, I dropped it to go back to EQ1. I kinda forgot how much I liked the original because you actually have to think to play the game. Also you can create a mini-group of you and a mercenary (and pet if you are a pet based class) to make soloing so much easier and fun.
Just make the switch to EQ1 wes, I guarantee that any computer built since 2002 will be more than suffice to play the game at full graphics as well.

Yeah, Warhammer is a good choice for you then. Has the whole MMORPG aspect but also has that FPS aspect as well during scenarios (by far the best aspect of that game)
