Rolls in Fargo????

I've heard several people say there was a dark red Phantom in Fargo today... Did not see it personally... Can anyone confirm????

Why would someone drive a phantom from texas? Unless he bought it from there, I know torqenstien* has one in his shp. I saw a pic awhile back and he has a black one tho.

Don't quote me on the Texas plates - it was definitely out of the region though. Saw it parked in front of the HoDo yesterday.
