I believe the quote went along the lines of "I know what it is like to walk into a shop and feel like a complete moron"...there are a few quotes in this article that are altered.

For instance: “If customers do have problems, they can feel welcome coming back and expressing themselves to us,”

should have read:

“If customers do have problems, they can feel welcome coming back and exposing themselves to us" :bom:
