WTB a remote start unit uninstalled

I'm in search of a remote start unit, at least one but maybe more. Would prefer compustar or astrostart brands. I would like to do the install myself on my cars.

I was more looking for a brand new unit, since its going in a fairly new car. I have a huge box of the old astrostart ones, had too many problems with them.

It will be difficult finding either brand NIB without going to a dealer. All I can say on behalf of the one I have is that the only reason I'm selling mine is that the car I bought my wife already has one. It worked perfectly when I removed it from her old car. Anyway, best of luck to you.

Good luck getting compustar uninstalled from a dealer NIB. Astro shouldn't be too hard to find since you can't drive 500' in this town w/o running into an astrostart dealer. Could also try autosystems on N 25th Street as they are the Astro distributor for the area.
