i have direct tv nowa days, and love it. NFL sunday ticket for free ftw.

We have Direct TV back home and its really cheap, great HD channels, not to mention too many channels to shake a stick at.

That and probably twice a month we get HBO/Stars/Yada..Yada...for free for like a weekend as promotions. Not to mention every year they pretty much just give us new DVR's and recievers and discounts.

Direct TV > Dish > No TV > AIDS > Cable One.

I have had dish for years and i just did the Dish'n it up upgrade and when I called they even gave took my dvr fee off the bill for being a good customer...never had any problems with them

Mom, Shane, and I have Direct TV and LOVE it. I had Dish Network a few years back, and they were pretty bad....things could have changed...

+1 on Direct TV. I've had cable (midco and cableone) in the past as well as Dish. I currently work for a Dish Network reseller and could get the service ultra cheap, I don't plan on giving up my Direct TV any time soon..

Well, I got Dish installed today. Nice improvement over cable. Even normal digital programing is better than what Charter had.
