What I want to know, is when did Subaru owners get the attitude? I get the STi vs. EVO thing, but it didn't used to be a bunch of Subaru owners bragging holier than thou?!?

I drive a Subaru, and love it, but I don't have an attitude about it?

Thank you for a normal one :icon_cheers: I have nothing against subaru's either, just when idiots come on and make fun of Evo's, when they are pretty damn close to the same car.

I agree....but where is anyone on here bragging about their subaru?

I see Ihaveaids post saying "Evo owners eat your heart out." but thats it...and i wouldnt really call that bragging?

Maybe i misread something because i see alot more people bashing the sti, than people bragging about it...?

This was more of an overall blanket statement of the past few months on FS. I guess I could have started it's own thread, but it isn't FS fashion to start a new thread when you can take an existing one off-topic. Amirite?

Not that it hasn't been said, doesn't take much to move a semi and trailer, even if in wet conditions. That truck was barely stuck anyways.

your joking right? we just saw an sti do it. that is way more impressive then a dodge with 800ft/lbs

you saw a STi give a nudge to an empty semi (obvious since he doesnt have traction from the lack of weight over the drivers)

so giving a nudge to a ~25k lb truck that is already trying to move under its own power..... weak...

hook the STi up to 85k lbs of dead weight and pull it up a 6% grade

really though... it could have made a great dodge/cummins commercial... lol, I suppose for Goerend too... because it wasn't going to happen without their billet triple disk torque converter being locked in

                                          FYI...

make the sure the guy in the semi doesn't hit the brakes once you are moving but you are still working the shit out of the pulling vehicle...

                                          that will fuck shit up
