Ok, so tonight im hanging out ant a friends house and some fuck face desides to jump onto my hood not knowing its CF. and all i hear is CCCCRRRRAAAACCCCKKKK. He is like oh it was just the ice. I look and i cant see anything wrong yet(it is dark out mind you). But i felt it and it feels like the under side busted up, still havent looked(dark out, cant see shit). He said he wont pay for shit and just freaks out and walks away. i do know the kid so what should i do. I know he wont pay for shit so am i screwed out of a CF hood or what?

I dont have a reciept for mine because i baught it used. Do i just go and get a quote for a new hood?

I am just starting to get fed up with all the assholes that hate imports and vandelize the shit out of them. My school is really bad for it. People should just learn to respect others property, cause even if i didnt have a CF hood i would have a nice ass print in it.

find out what it would cost (from several sources...local shops, internet, etc..) for a replacement hood (including shipping) and then take his ass to court.

there isnt anything vissually wrong with the hood, it is just alot weeker in the spot he landed on. So should i just forget about it or take it to court still?

Even if you HATE imports, there is no reason to destroy someones property. Thats just stupid. I'm pretty sure I would have cracked that kid in the face for jumping on my hood, even if he didn't break it.

Find out the manufacture price on it, you don't need a receipt. Give him the bill, and if he doesn't pay it, take him to small claims court.

I would kill him. I had a guy jump and roll across my T-birds hood and he did $1200 worth of damage.
